How do I show the stack trace when ast crashes?

With ast-0.2.0 and newer, the stack trace and other sensitive information is hidden from the user by default. This information is written to a file var/crash and the user is told the name of this file so the administrator can look it up. To show the user the stack trace, you need to give the user debug permissions. You can do this by clicking on the keys in the Users screen and adding debug permissions.
